The plastic tab with the color code on it breaks. The little locking tab is junk. How do we oder the replacement tabs? I now have 2 that are useless and at $170+ for a piece of plastic this is getting stupid. No we are not using it wrong. I have now seen 4 total that need the folding replacement locking tab because of this defect.

So what do you do with the clear tube? Or the little black tube?

Its unfortunate thst the 45 keeps giving is motor overrun errors. A splicer that wont splice is garbage.

How well does it handle lighting strikes?

I'm having this problem with my Fujikura 90S I have the electrodes there and the error "no electrodes" always appear. I've tried every single maintance and keeps saying that, Only in the "Stabilize Electrodes" the error is "Internal Error" I've tried to update the software but since I already have the last one, it doesn't change. I also tried to change the electrodes itself but still no results. Did you guys had this problem too?

where do you get the fiber set plates? I have the fiber holders but cannot find how to purchase fiber set plates to be able to use fiber holders.

I've got a new 90S+ and when I heatshrink the sleeve sticks to the heating element. What temperature and heating time should be setup if polyolefin shrinks at 80-120C?
